Ok, this is quite possibly the most useless Sims2 genetics modification in history. Total and compleet ingame invisibility. Adding clothing hair and accesseries will show depending on a number of factors. most will be ghostly transparent tho. As a full genetic skintone this works for all ages and both genders. Don't blame me if you can't find your kids :D
