Here is one of my smaller sized homes. It's cost is more than a starter home but would be great for two newlywed sims. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dinning room, living room with fireplace, garage with driveway, and a nice sized backyard for the kids with modest landscaping.
