Finally another one of my victorian homes. This one is a tiny house, ideal as a starter home, although it's a little over 20000 simoleans.

This lot cost 34884 simoleans, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a really small kitchen and cosy livingroom. It hasn't got a landscaped garden but it has some mature trees and roses in the front garden. The house is build on a 2x2 lot.

I did use one of Nengis floors too, but it misteriously disappeared from the package, so i have no idea what floors are in the house now, sorry.
