Well, as soon as I saw there was a glitch & how much you guys loved them, I reinstalled SIMS (It works now...YAY :D). I had to remake them, so the shades may be a little different, but I did make a new one...SILVER! 
I tested them and they worked, so there shouldn't be any problems this time I also uploaded a .ZIP file of the Sparkles, in case you dont have WinRAR - YOU DON'T NEED TO DOWNLOAD BOTH! Only one!
