Kinda as requested by iceman1213007 (by kinda he only asked a wall covering that had to do something with ice), "Ice Spikes."
Yeah yeah, they're actually simply wall coverings with icicles but just "Icicles" sounded a little boring to me :werd: . So I prefered "Ice Spikes."
