This house is Nightlife ready. It has a driveway, and a swimmable pond with a high-dive. The entry foryer is two-story. The house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with the kitchen appliances, and bathroom fixtures furnished. Other furnishings include outdoor picnic area, with benches, chairs, and a table.

Price of this house is $84,372 Clean Installer was used to clear out unnecessary content.

Maxis topiaries are used..you may have to get those from the Sims 2 Exchange.

UPDATE: I removed the pillars, and replaced them with 2-Story pillars. I also added some fence lanterns, so there would be some external lighting.
