the necklaces can be found under glasses and are for female Teen, Adult, Young Adult, and Elder
Mesh is by dr pixel (http://theblarneystone.org/)
As the meshreadme states that the blarney stone doesnt want others to use their bandwidth just for downloading the mesh, please download the mesh (and two additional necklaces) Here if you do not allready have it.
Note: the necklaces do not show up on some custom meshes.
