I used Aardvarksims' great mesh teenminiheels. These are all great meshes, if you don't already have them, get the zip from this thread:

Brows and Eyes by me, I used lashes and lip gloss by Heleane, the goddess of makeup. Her stuff is seriously so good I don't even bother making my own.

Should have Beast Boy, Robin and Raven up soon.
