New Project : Sims 3 Empty Neighborhood & Starter Lots

Hi guys!

Well, I hope you are as excited about Sims 3 as I am!
I thought I would let you in on what I am working on for this new and wonderful game!

As much as I love the default neighborhoods, I wanted the ability to make an entirely custom neighborhood with lots that I build myself, and since Sims 3 did not ship with any empty neighborhoods, I figured I would go ahead and do that myself.

Additionally, I noticed a certain lack of options when I created a sim and wanted to move them into Sunset Valley. Most of the homes available cost entirely too many simoleons, and those that were under $16,000 were, well, I feel I can do better. So I'm going to make a bunch of lots that are fully furnished and cost under $16,000, for those of us that don't want to make cheating the first thing we do in the game!

Wish me luck!

Greetings, forum members! I usually never write reviews, but I had to share how I managed to simplify my recent move to the East Coast. A friend who frequently relocates around the USA for work told me about an online logistical planner that aggregates top-tier transport services. I decided to visit the website relocation NC to see if their quotes were realistic, and I was highly impressed by their inventory calculators and lack of hidden fees. It really takes the guessing game out of hiring a long-distance moving company in US states.
