Default Why Am I Seeing a Strange Shadow?
Why do I get this weird shadow, and how do I fix it?

Could be lack of a sharp edge applied to the mesh.

I'm seeing the shading of your multiplier. Also, your textures don't have mipmaps.

One thing I noticed was that the shadow didn't appear in-game until I assigned the shadow LODs. Could it be caused by that? If so, how can I fix it?

Those shadow LODs are the game's sunshadows, where they are only rendered when objects are placed outside during daytime. When an object is placed inside (i.e. enclosed by walls and a roof), the sunshadows are not rendered anymore.

It must be the LOD sunshadows, because when the door is inside a building, those shadows disappear.
