Could you please say what size the lot is and how much the house costs in the game? Thanks!

Very , Very nice looking house, it looks like alot good furnishings can be added to it , and that's axactly what iam going to do thanks to you. Sometimes the Simpler things in life turn out to be just alright. :nod:

thanks for the comments the size of the lot is: 4 x 3
the price is: 43,707 for the shell and 164,106 for the furnished

i love this lot it so simple and its the second one that you mad that i absolutly addore, secun687 was so right about the firnishings the house looks like you dont even have to think when you put the furnishings in. keep up the great work.
