If this is teen, then it's compatible with all game versions. If this is for adults, then it's ONLY usable with people who have university. If you made this as a recolor of a teen dress, then it will ONLY SHOW UP FOR TEEN SIMS. If you made it as a recolor of the adult or young adult version of the dress, it will ONLY SHOW UP FOR ADULTS AND YOUNG ADULTS.
