Ive got to say the layout is great and concept of backyard entrance is a definite selling point and the colour definetly goes with the flowershop theme, well done

building tip: the backs of houses generally need as much attention as the front create some bay walls or balconies for up or down stairs, sims love it and creates extra room to put that telescope or daybed!

(no intention of critising, just love seeing great homes)

I read all the comments you leave, even if they are made a year later, thank you all:)

Any lot building requests are considered, just pm me:)

I'm glad so many of you have liked my little house. The lot size was definitely a challenge because I normally build on bigger lots, but I figured it would be a fun building exercise. I'm also used to completely furnishing the lots as well. Now that I'm working on putting furnisher into it I've found how much the small tweaks to the building are added to accommodate the placement of things.

I can honestly say I was a bit more timid with this building than I normally am simply because it was my first upload and I wanted to get it right. If you notice, the mail box and the garbage can are right where the game originally put them, despite me wanting to plop the mail box next to the stairs by the residential entrance and hiding the garbage can behind the house in an out of view place. I’m a bit odd and I was afraid that someone would freak if they were moved (despite the fact that I always move them to more appealing and natural locations).

Have fun!

The more wierd or unusual a home is the better the response. The great thing about this site is every one has there own style and people are free to express themselves however they like and in no way has limitations. I will be anticipating your next building as i'm sure it will be very you and less constrained!

What a great idea and this doesn't have to be a flower shop, it can be other shops too examples, ice cream shop, cake shop, goody shop, electronics shop, yes, I have been experimenting. I liked how you did the public washroom and break room, that was neat. I will be putting this in my game. I have noticed OFB is really fun and the sims can work when they want, the only thing they don't have is awards like the other jobs do. Thank you for this!
