poplers, If it says they require the objects to function properly, then you must do so and download it. Otherwise, if you want the custom stuff that's on the lot, download it after the house into the appropriate folder (downloads) and you will see all the stuff when you enter the lot for the first time.

Merenwen, do you realize this house sells for well over 1 billion dollars? Not of very much use.

Flygal911: I don't know how you've downloaded it, but in my game it only sells for 383,709 simoleons as I've stated in the original post. I don't think I could even get a house up to 1 billion simoleons!! Try redownloading or something. I don't think the value you have is correct.

Poplers: On the S2L website, they do mean that you will get the mesh, the object and all the recolours as well. I was confused with that at the time also, until I actually went into the game.

... I have the same problem, the house cost more than 1 billion simoleons, so I can't buy it

Yea its way over 1bil price in my game too.. and even if i try to just load the house in Lot Mode to look at it.. Sims2 crashes.. theres a couple other houses i downloaded that do that too, while others load fine, ablit some a little slower than others. I dont have OFB right now so specificly lookin for houses that dont require it, and even the ones i downloaded that didnt require OFB and/or hacks/mods are crashing.. so dont know if its problem with the files after downloading or what is. Its too bad too as from the pics the house looks awesome.

I'm sorry guys, but I have no idea how to fix this problem. I didn't even know that you could get a house to cost that much!
I'll try out a few things in a couple of days, and see if the same thing happens to me. I'll get my sister to try it too, just to see if she has the same problem as you guys.

Keep checking back here guys - I'll post a message letting you know what's going on!

Ok - I've worked out out. Turns out that it's partially my fault. Because I have OFB installed, all of my house uploads will require OFB - no matter what! I didn't realise this at the time, and this is why the price is incorrect in your games. I apologise for this.
