If you don't have WinRAR, you can use Q-Xpress.

MTS2 recommends that you use Q-Xpress for all downloading.
This is a program that allows you to manage your downloading and will install the files for you when you're finished.
The Q-link opens Q-Xpress for you and adds the download to the install list.
For it to work, you'll need to have Q-Xpress installed.
