Iiih, I have make almost similar dress by my self

Sama picture but different suspenders... this is so pretty

There is a very pretty blue dress.

Update: July 2009-I am back now to make invisible and tranparent recolors again in sims 2. You can pm me if you want your objects to be invisible and transparent from now.

I got the nails from here
The hair are from Noukie and the skin are from Sera (I think... It's a Neomi skin)

I see that you have Pets. Since this was done in Pets bodyshop, it requires Pets expansion to work properly in the game, regardless of where the mesh came from. Numenor's Legacy Bodyshop is a possible solution: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=107015
