www.simchic.com. It is under TS2 Freebies/Meshes/Female Teen, and it is in the second row down and the 3rd one over from the left.

The site is set up so that the main link never changes, so I can't give a more direct link than their home page, they don't have a lot of meshes in the free section. Hope you can find it, if not, I can try and get it to you another way. ^_^

This kinda stuff isn't really my taste but I have to admit, these clothes are cute!

EDIT: Oh yeah and some one said simchic is a pay site. I downloaded the mesh and I didn't need to pay o.O.

Cause I've had these dresses in my dl folder for a long time with this mesh following your directions and they have never shown up...
