Ah, this is based on the Monty Ranch, isn't it? The layout looked so familiar to me
Nice idea to keep the inner courtyard.

I made it in Pleasantview and I can honestly say I didn't realise it looked like the Monty Ranch until after I uploaded it and went back on Sims2 to check it DID fit in with Veronaville.
