Sorry to report a bug, but when I downloaded this house I had to delete it.

In-game it said it costs $1,567,892,873 (not sure about numbers specifically, but it was 10 figures). I think this is caused by the sheer amount of custom content.

I don't recommend downloading this, last time I had a house which had that big a price on it, it messed up my computer and I had to restart it all. I love the house, so please find out what is causing this. Very disappointed.

The bug is still there-- the house costs well over a billion and it is not even possible to "motherlode" that much money.

edit: I attempted to get into the house to delete a few things, in an effort to reduce the price, and my game crashed for the first time.

My game crashed when I tried to enter the lot too.

I think this is probably being caused by a rogue hack. Sims2 Clean Installer should be used. I heard about a bug which can be spread by downloads. Maybe remove the custom content and see if that solves it?
