Wow almost 900 downloads and not a single comment, let me just say this is wonderful, so like the picture with the exeption of no garage and a random tree house thingy yet perfect touches, thanks Steph

I don't mind not having a comment. These lots were originally posted on TSR. I uploaded them all on the same day which means people get tired of commenting on the same collection over and over. There are a total of 12 lots in this collection.
I redesigned the interiors and added more details to the landscape. The "random" tree house thingy is actually not random. On the television show "Desperate Houseswives" the Scavo kids (the family that lives in this house) have a tree house on their front lawn which was a neighborhood issue in the past season of the show. I thought it a good idea to add the treehouse for Desperate Housewives fans!
As for the garage, there are two versions of the house, 1 with a garage and 1 with a carport. I preferred the carport version. The images I had of the carport version cut off views of the house, so I used the garage image because the picture quality was better!
