This house crashes my game. Clean pack installer does not help. I can't even get the house out of the lot list before it crashes it.

I'm running original base game only. (not base game deluxe)
What is a guitar but wood and wires?

I love the house, but im a little confused. It says the lot price was $78,672 but when i go to buy it it cost about $860,000,000! I was just wondering why it does this.
