So,
I'm doing some little luxury-modern loft apartment-y type things based on LUX...I just finished one and I'm slightly excited.
I'll be offering them all with basic furnishings: just a fridge, bed, and bathroom, nothing more.
Right now the one I'm working on is looking to be in the $30k range, maybe less.
I'll try to do a starter or two; but those beautiful big windows get me every time!
I'm going for about 5 miniLUX houses and two cheapLUX houses.
I'm liking this, a lot.
However, the lack of modern furniture in TS3 disgusts me...blech.
Uhm, back on topic -- the miniLUXes are designed for single Sims or couples with a fair amount in the bank, and the starterLUXes will be VERY tiny, for single Sims. Actually, I'll probably do one for a single and one for a couple and I'll try to furnish those more.
After the LUX series will be my second favorite theme...urban....as in, URB, miniURB, and starterURB -- think lots of exposed interior brick walls, cement, neon lights...I loved doing this style in TS2 so I hope it translates well (:
