WOW!! this is great thank you for sharing. I spend a lot of time on the Sims and my Sims have huge familys which spread out over the neighrbourhood so I am always looking for starter homes for them and this is great. Thanks again and well done!

Although I tend to make more defined and detailed homes, the starter ones I enjoy the most (and use the most) are the studios. I guess for me it's because it allows my creativity to flow more. Using different areas of the floor plan for different functions
