The "Hair" Report
If I could write a post about making hair, I'd say, "Many downloaders, users, and customers do not like 'floating' or 'flying hair'. At the chest, many hair meshes have the hair floating ABOVE the chest.
It is just a mistake, OR the program they use to make hair limits them. I can't tell.
I downloaded it anyways.
Oh, and from on now, I'll give reports and feedback on other hairstyles, if you were wondering. :DOk i gotta stop now... im sounding TOO serious and FBI-ish!!

Lavaster, like Starfish of Terror said the floating hair issue is XM's problem. However, it is not a mistake or a limit on the program. Meshers tend to do this because they have to compensate for all body mesh types. If the hair was situated too close to the chest then it could glitch and you get the worse problem of hair that 'sticks to the body'. I have some meshes that do this in my game and they look awful. It can get annoying at times but it is better than the alternative. And personally, i would prefer to have the hair stick out rather then attack my sims and try to kill them in their sleep.

yeah, i'm one of those people, but if the hair is nice, hair above the chest don't bother me
