Yes, it will conflict with other "Live Camera" mods. If you follow the instructions and put this file in-place of the original "live Camera" .txt file in the cameras folder, it will over-write the camera which is your purpose. Now, if you download another "Live Camera" mod, and follow the same procedure as you did in this installation it will over-write the mod. So, the answer is yes, it will conflict with other "Live Camera" mods. Though it will not conflict with other mods in that camera folder, just the "Live Camera" file. I hope that helps.
