That's a real cool lot ! Great idea and very original. I love the way you made common kitchen and bathrooms. WOW, congratulations for this brilliant idea and thanks for sharing

the 'motto' made me lol. this kind of reminds me of those 'last rowhome standing' deals you sometimes see driving through philly. half the blcok is gone and one lonely hovel remains. well done!

I've tried making a flophouse similar to this before, but the communal kitchen didn't work properly. The refrigerator only offered a few snack type items, and cooking options seemed to be disabled... I'm not sure if you were either unaware of this, or found a way around it. If you did figure a way around it, how?

I just tested the lot in my game and both the refrigerator and stove are usable by playable tenants. Were you using a custom refrigerator or one from an EP that EA forgot about when they were putting together Apartment Life?
