OMG. It's a true split-level. Actually it's a mid-entry. But this is the best, most accurate split-level made for Sims 2 I have ever seen! It isn't just a few steps down, it's like half of the stairs is up and the other is down - just like in RL. You did an awesome job. I haven't looked, but if you have a tutorial, I would love to use it.

The house itself is really cute. Perfect for a professional DINK couple just starting out.

This house is awesome. Two Split level houses are very difficult to make and build but thank you for building this one and if you have anymore like this, please let me know. And how did you make the swimming pool look so real? Wow.
