I have problem with installation of this lot (and several others from this site). Package installer created .package files in downloads directory, but all those files have 96 bytes. I tried to delete those files but package installer wont install those files again. Any advice or help would be welcomed.

you hafta click on the link under attached files, then click save to disk then open the file, and unzip the package to mydocuments\ea games\the sims 2\downloads
then go to the lots bin ingame
then find the lot and put it somewhere,
