Amazing! How did you get the garage to attach to the foundation? I thought they still hadn't worked that out in Sims 3.

I can't wait to move my family into this.

This house won't install for me. I have installed a few other houses posted on here fine. When I run the sims3pack it puts the house in the Sims 3 launcher, when I tell it to install, the splash screen comes up and fills a small amount then closes.

Is there maybe custom content or something causing this?

*edit* redownloaded and tried again, it worked. Beautiful looking house, thanks for posting it.
