Wow this is awesome!! I LOVE the first floor porch with the arch, super idea!

Totally awesome, and the best part about it is that it's built all without using any CCs. Well, not that there is any to use yet. But i remember the sims 2 houses uploaded here always came with a huge list of credits and links from which you either have spend a hour downloading the extra CCs or see your house show up blank and disfunctional.

its great, but you should probably mention that you have some premium items
