Hmm. You know, I really like the fact that you didn't overdecorate, and the exterior of the house is adorable. There are some things you could do to make it look a little more harmonious inside without increasing the value of the house, like putting down a different floor in the kitchen area (very few kitchens are carpeted, for good reason) and putting more distance between the furniture. That couch could be much further from the TV, for instance, and this would both look better and decrease the chance of Sim roadblock.
