I really like this. It's small, so it won't lag up my game. I would still think it could hold at least three Sims.

You've decorated it nicely (yay for no custom objects)!

Sometimes I dread the idea of exterior or interior decorating of lots; prefurnished lots save me a lot of grimacing, so thanks.
