Bayside Modern is great! I love modern styles, and this house is wonderful! I especially like the kitchen. Great Job!

I just took a tour of all of your houses and what impresses me most is your versatility. I can tell that you never get "builder's block"! I truly admire your work.

The house is lovely and I thank you for sharing it. However, I was surprised to find that it also installed several custom patterns. If you would be so kind as to mention that on the overview page in the future, I would appreciate it. I'm trying not to overload my game with patterns and would like to know in advance, if custom patterns are included.

There is one bug I have come across where the pool is actually one story below where it actually should be when someone is swimming in it. I've tried deleting the pool and making a new one, but it still insists that there is a basement attached to the house or something. Am I the only one having this problem?
