Can someone please explain to me step by step how to install careers? I don't get the nraas website. And I don't know what to do with the career mod

Nice work! I have been playing this career for a while and noticed a few 'quirks'.
At level 9, the text displayed is for Principal, not for Superintendent (btw, why only 9 levels?).
At some point in the game, my sims's co-workers don't show anymore as co-workers in the relationships panel. Nor does he have a boss. They sometimes reappear listed, but disappear again. They still exist in the game, they still have their jobs, but they are not listed as my sims's co-workers and/or boss.This might be caused by some other cc in my game, I'm not sure. I have twallan's Master Controller, but also a ton of mods and packs, so I could not identify why that happened. It is not bothering me all that much, so I just go ahead anyway.
Thank you for this career again, it made my game a lot more interesting!

Downloaded this and tried to play...game crashed before it could even start up (on the first loading screen). Restarted 3 times and it kept crashing to desktop. I deleted it and now my game works fine. Not sure why....

This does not work in my game! It always made my game crash but now I've deleted it from my mods! My game now works!

my sims finally has a teaching job so thank you

Thank you sooo much for this mod! It's very cool and finally allows my sims to be teachers.
I have one question, Though. I don't know if it is the right place to ask it, if not - sorry. So my sim recently got promoted to head teacher and he is supposed to hold meetings. Only I cannot find the option to do it... Can anyone tell me what I have to do in order to have a meeting? Thank you for any help and sorry for trouble.
