Hello mr.moo7999,

Lovely home for your start off for this series. I absolutely will have to collect ALL of these as you present them. After all, this one is on a street named after me, lol.

There really is no reason not to include a basement in a home which is as elaborate and expensive as this one. If nothing else, leave it empty so the user can finish it. A perfect place would be to place a stairway to the basement under the main staircase, and accessible from the kitchen area.

Also, it might look more attractive if the garage were accessed from the side. That means that windows would be facing the front instead of garage doors (but at least you included a garage!). I see this done on a lot of recent homes.

Just some thoughts as you work on the rest of your series. Some of us actually like to have basements in homes.

Thanks icftldu, Glad you like it! Now TJ, Thanks for the suggestions-- but this home was meant to be a smaller home. I designed it to appear small (which is why the garage is in the front. It makes the home look smaller then it really is), and have no basement. The second floor was already a push for the place, but a basement would make it .... well bigger then I wanted. I see your point though-- thanks for the tips!

Currently not able to take requests at this time... sorry!

Sensational! I can't wait to see the rest of the series

You know I thought we were suppose to be able to put a stair under a stair but I tried that in one of my houses and the sim couldn't use it. *Sigh*...must be doing something wrong.

Beautiful home!
Is it base game compatible?
(I did read the info but I'm probably blind lol)
