Community lot. Its mainly built to be a wedding venue. Lets say your Sims were getting married. You'd choose this venue and rent it for the day. Though you could use it as any kind of lot the intended use is for weddings.

yaaay i love this because they have the party option and public option for weddings i found it poposturous that they wouldnt have a wedding chapel or something!!! so long story short --- thanks!!

Thank you for this beautiful lot. The rural theme makes it perfect for Riverview, Barnacle bay and Twinbrooks My sims are gonna have perfect wedding ceremonies now.

It looks really nice and I want to download it. But, your simply styling link for the custom content in it doesn't work. Is there another way to get the custom content needed?
