Hi, I've reuploaded the modified .world files of the EA worlds with their custom weather removed because the links were broken, and I've also rewritten the instructions in a clearer way, so now it should work again.

This message is quite late, considering that it is already considered old news for me. But it turns out that the sunny sky is indeed working in Bridgeport. However it works best when the sky is clear. Since Bridgeport has a higher frequency and density of clouds, there are certain points where the sunny sky mod is at least partially overridden by Bridgeport's specialised weather gradients. So there are certain points where the sky still appears to be purple. But at least I know the mod is working and I can enjoy the blue sky in Bridgeport at least 50% of the time.
