This neighborhood requires (at least) Mansion and Garden and could crash people's game if they don't have the correct game engine (M&G or later).

In fact, you should really list all of the EPs and SPs that you had installed when you created the neighborhood, which appears to be (at least according to your pictures) University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, and Apartment Life.

If you want to create a neighborhood with lower requirements, you'll have to use the AnyGame Starter or some other method for temporarily uninstalling your other EPs and SPs.

ETA: Unfortunately, I also discovered that this neighborhood is corrupt. It looks like you did not create this neighborhood in an empty environment, but just deleted the Characters folder. That's a really bad idea. If you want a neighborhood with no sims, then you really need to create an empty environment before creating your neighborhood.

There is information about creating an empty environment here:

If anyone wants to use this neighborhood, I would recommend that you clean it properly before using it. If you don't do this, your neighborhood is likely to become unplayable after you've put a lot of time and effort into it:

This upload has been tagged until the corrupt hood issue is fixed. If you would like to remove that portion and just offer the terrain, your more than welcome to do so.

Thanks for the tips guys for now I'll remove the decorated neighborhood and get round to fixing this problem asap.

scrap that,
in fact I think it's better if this thread is removed in stead and I re-apply for a new one once I fixed these issues?

for now I'll remove the decorated hood, so it will not corrupt anyone's game

Well you have two options. Either just leave this as the terrain and remove the hood, or fix it via the thread Moo linked to above, and then replace.

No worries on time frame, your not working under a time constraint. This thread has been tagged, so only you and staff can see it. No one else is going to be downloading from it. Think it over, and if you still want to reupload once you've fixed the issues that is fine. You can also just replace the pics and files here once you have fixed the issues, and we can untag the thread.

Ín that case I'll go for the latter of those options, I appreciate that there is no time strain but I would like to see it fixed asap anyway so I am on it.

Probably will have fixed it somewhere during the weekend and then everyone will be able to witness the glory of The Brille! muwahahah :P

Default Finished!
{It's on its way! (just so you know I'm still working on it)}

It's finished! I've tested it to make sure it works with just NL in anygamestarter. I flattened the terrain even more and raised it a bit so there will be no beach textures in the wrong places.

I redecorated, making sure to only use base game and NL compatible stuff (besides the CC).

I say cheers everyone! and thanks for your help and guidance!
