Easily my favorite house in the game. I love that you left the basement empty. Hoping that you will make more small lots with empty basements! *waves hand high for Tropical-Surf themed Agrestic!*

These are very cool! Question though: Can these be placed on an apartment lot and used that way, or do I need to make several small 10x10 lots next to each other?
