I was wondering what your were doing. This is a great neighborhood. I love island communities. I've never downloaded a neghborhood that was created by a Simmer before but I'm going to try this one. I'm already thinking of all the great beach lots I can make. It would make a great island vacation destination, too.

Anne, I've just started creating new maps, but can't seem to get the beach areas flat enough for beach lots. How did you do that?

that is hard for me too. i used the leveling tool that levels everything within a radius. make a flat spot and level to that. not at home right now,will write more later. have been working on an entertainment center. hoping you will texture it.

WOW! This is fantastic! I seem to have problems downloading these things.. I am going to give this one a go...
I hope you are having a great day... I am enjoying myself here with the simmies for a bit.....
