I like this. It's easy to take a huge lot and just pile it high with everything your sim could want, It's a considerably more difficult task to put everything he needs to survive into a shelter he can afford to purchase on his own.
I'm constantly looking for single sim, base-game starter homes, and this one looks perfect! I'm definitely gonna make use of this house, and I may just take the basics of the floorplan to make a couple townhouses!
