Sorry! I had to reupload the .zip because… well, his shoes were missing. How did they go missing? Blown off during a crazy experiment, I assume. (Or devoured by Muk, more likely.)

I actually have a Delia Ketchum sim currently gathering dust in my library. I don't think she's a great likeness (or even a very good one, heh), so I wouldn't upload her here, but if you want her in your game – or at least to use as a base for your own sim – I can upload her to the Gallery for you. I really appreciate it, but I did make my own Delia today using my Ash (who still needs major work, but eh, all well) as a genetic base. But thank you so much, I really appreciate it! I hope to see more Sims coming from you, since you're very good at it!

Edit: I know next to nothing about Pokemon (never owned a Gameboy or DS and only watched a few episodes of the show), but I think Oaks' lab looks like something that could be built in TS4 ... hmmm .... gonna give that one a try! ;-)
