You still need to download some of the cc but a link has been added.

Indeed pops up an error 85262c58:29f00e76:00000000:00000000 after downloading and unpacking for using into game, forums say that might refer to corrupted CC inside
gonna check if true and find the corrupted source

UPD

For me, the problem is caused by the conflict in modded files.

If you have these in your Sims4/Mods directory

._CountertopIslandRecolour.package
._CountertopRecolour.package

try deleting them and the game will start normally with this awesome house working.
