It looks really nice, but I have one question. I see flowers in your screenshot. Can sims water them if I build this fence around them?

Drizzle flowers Sims can not or need a special mode here . But I planted flowers from the category of "decor", this need not be watered.
(If I do not write clearly, I'm sorry. I'm not translate in English, online translator helps me)))
