This looks cute! Another great looking SC4 map made by MMAA. :D

(Maybe we could use this SC4 terrain for a neighborhood project, if you don't mind.)

I checked this and, yeah, you can place a few beach lots at the cul-de-sacs.

Glad you like it!

P.S. It's possible to modify it to include more space for beach lots.

I have been building a Uni building layout using this a test copy of this hood, and once I've completed it, hope to recreate it for one of my favorite hoods. I like the versatility. It does indeed make a nice college town. Thank you!

I'm using this for Jo's "Community Spirit" contest, where I'm a "play-along". I must say I really like the landscape. I wouldn't mind living there myself.
