The safety and wellbeing of Sims is our chief concern. Therefore, if a fire alarm is provided next to a stove or fireplace, it must not be removed unless the stove or fireplace is also removed. If the stove or fireplace is moved to another part of the lot, the fire alarm must also be moved so that it still provides protection. This provision will not apply if the person downloading my custom content (hereinafter referred to as the Downloader) provides an alternative effective safety device, such as a working and effective sprinkler system.

In case of dispute, the laws and statutes of the Grand Duchy of Veronaville will apply.
