I cant download this house? When I download the file it is a stated as a rar file. But When I put it into packages it doesnt show up. And ive tried puting it in Sims3/Downloads. But it didnt work either :/

Have you tried unpacking it? :P
I believe it does belong in downloads, but unpacking it and actually installing it in the game launcher, makes it show up in game.

I use the sims 3 steam version and has the latest Game Version: 1.67.2.024037 and wont update higher therefore I am not able to install this mod it keeps saying install failed.
