Thank You for this , Definitely a must have for me considering that I had to delete 108 stray households after less than an hour of playing C&D.

It will be ok with Reduced Random Townies, but anything else that alters the random pet/stray files will conflict with it.

Yup, not working for me either, even before May 24th patch. I have lots of ghost strays available. >_<
I play Sims in German, so I apologize in advance for any "funny/wrong English term" I might use when describing something about the game. ;)

As soon as I'm able to safely patch (and get my hands on a compatible copy of sims4studio) I will look into updating this. Please bear with me as it could take a bit of time to sort it out.
