I used the stage for the bottom landing, boolprop constrainfloorelevation false to make a half wall second floor, then used the metal stairs for the top because they don't show down below like the wooden stairs.

This is perfect for my new family with a set of twins, one boy and one girl. Thank you, I really appreciate that it is already furnished. I will have to add some baby cribs and stuff for a few min, but this will look nice next to my sims twin sisters home. ")
