This will go really well with the apartment mod. If you make any more in the future than maybe you can consider making one with more floors for more families.

Hmm, you mean I might contribute better by providing bigger apartment-type residentials? I usually create small lots, I prefer them, but true that I have all those 40x40 or bigger empty lots on my maps and certainly I must fill them with something...
